Capitol Hill and Campaigns
Ralph served on the Capitol Hill legislative staff of a U.S Congressman and in field director, labor coordinator, fundraising, issues director, and advisor positions with U.S. Senate and state and local campaigns.
Advocacy and Debate
Ralph's advocacy knowledge comes from 15 years as a trial attorney. He served as a senior advisor for the Ted Strickland for Ohio Governor campaign, on his debate preparation team, and as litigation counsel for the Ohio Democratic Party.
Public Service
Ralph led teams improving systems connecting marginalized populations with resources, including as Director of The Ohio Benefit Bank in the Ohio Governor's Office and as a senior executive with a national nonprofit organization.
